Bluff Magazine - Declares Readers' Choice Awards

One of the America’s leading poker magazine has unveiled the winner of their 2006 Readers’ Choice Awards in their January issue. It further stated that this issue would be currently available at the stands.

Official sources say that Bluff Magazine was planning to announce the winner on the New Year, but due to second thoughts have disclosed it now.

These awards are very much categorized and appreciated by the poker players and poker admirers who are not part of the industry. Further, it was also stated that these awards are first of their kind to be awarded on the basis of pubic poll and that too by people who are not part of the poker industry.

Eric Morris, Co-President of Bluff Magazine opines that “Bluff Magazine continues to be the voice of the poker players and fans worldwide. Now, poker players have an equivalent to television’s People’s Choice Awards.

The Bluff Readers’ Choice Awards are a true testament to the companies and players who receive the various accolades as ‘the best of the best’ in more than 20 different poker categories.”


In addition to the best player award, there are also several categories for which awards were announced. Some of them include The Best Online Poker Room, for which there was a tough battle between PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker.

Talking about various categories, poker fans across the globe had an opportunity to cast their valuable votes on a wide range of categories like Most Exciting Poker Player, Best Brick-And-Mortar Poker Room, Best Poker Analyst, etc.
