Jesse Jones Wins the Aussie Million Event #6

The founder of World Poker Association, Jesse Jones has been having a wonderful time at the Aussie Million Poker. The Las Vegas Pro made his second final table within 7 days and won Event# 6, which has a buy-in of $3,200 Pot-Limit Omaha with re-buys.

Overall, players close to 60 participated with an average of two re-buys per player. The initial prize pool was $495,000 for which the top 9 players were entitled to receive the prize money.

People started to hail this Event # 6, as the best event thus far in this 2007 Aussie Million Poker, which is also featuring some of the world’s most renowned players like Jamie Gold, Kristy Gazes, Andy Black, and needless to say the local heroes Van Marcus and Mark Vos.

With Sticky Mickey and Richard Ashby from UK, were already being considered as hot favorites in this tourney; the challenge to beat them was thrown wide open.
