Seconds:

Seconds is a class of cheating where the dealer gives out the second card from the top of the deck and keeps the top card for himself.

See:

Calling of a bet is termed as See.

Seed:

Another name for Ace is Seed.

Sell:

Similar to sell a hand in a spread limit game, Sell means to bet less than the maximum when the player has a very strong hand expecting the other players would call whereas they would not have called a maximum bet.

Selling a Hand:

Selling a Hand is a strategy used by a player to make the opponents to call.

Semi-Bluff:

Semi-Bluff is a powerful concept first discussed by David Sklansky. It is referred as a bet or raise that the player hopes will not be called but the player will have outs if it is called. A Semi-Bluff can be correct if the betting for value is not correct, a pure bluff is not correct, but the combination of the two can be said a positive expectation play.

Sequence:

The cards that are of consecutive value as in a straight is termed as Sequence.

Sequential Declaration:

Sequential Declaration is a declaration made by the last bettor or raiser for the hand in High-Low Poker game.

Session:

The duration or period of time in which a poker game is held is referred as Session.

Set:

Set is a three-of- a kind hand where the player will have two cards of the same rank in the hand with one on the board.

Set a trap:

Set as a trap is a mannerism of playing where the player creates a false impression on other players so that it helps in winning future hands.
