Ladies International Poker Series popularly known as LIPS, is
in fact the only poker tour in the world precisely for women. This LIPS Tour was first initiated in the year 2004 where nearly 2500 womens participated. This tour was commenced in an effort between Ladies International Poker Series and Land-Based (Brick and Mortar Casinos) and Online Casinos.
This association hosts some tourneys exclusively for women, with all the winners of the respective tournaments representing the host casino at the LIPS Tour Grand Championship and at the WSOP Ladies Event. At times, LIPS Tour can also match up with Super Satellite at each tournament.
